How often have we heard our children tenderly declare their wish to become astronauts, artists, or writers when they grow up but without us paying close enough attention to this? These dreams are deemed harmless childish babble and get relegated to the back burner making way for “faddy” intellectual early development exercises. This kind of approach leads to children losing their gift to respond to their senses. Thus their circle of interests taper off and at that moment…they become adults. In fact, it will be easier for a child to take in and digest information if they have retained their ability to subtly sense their visual environment.
We have devised a unique, all-round preschool child development program exactly for this reason. At the program’s core is the child’s personality and their inner world. It’s made up of several learning levels aimed at holistically developing a child’s individuality. We don’t purport making children into intellectual geniuses whose achievements could be bragged to relatives. Instead we expand their world and fill it with knowledge, a passion for things, and feelings which will make their life more interesting and help them find a noteworthy place in life. Every course corresponds to a specific period in a child’s development and equally their emotional and intellectual needs:
Kiddy course. Viva the big and interesting world!
This child development course is for budding, vivid personalities. At the age of 1 year to 1 year 9 months, children form basic models of behaving in society, which they’ll use later in adult life. Therefore this course is intended for the child to learn communication skills, speech development, and foster intellectual activities and self-dependency.
Eureka. I’ve got it! Where does it come from, how and why?
This course is designed for children aged 1 year 9 months up to 3 years. This is when children start to bombard their parents with an unending stream of questions, all of which require answers otherwise the youngster may lose interest in their surroundings and in self-development. At this juncture, the child is interested in absolutely everything: why the sun shines, why butterflies fly, why rain falls from the sky, and thousands of other, “why”, “why”, “why’s”…Thanks to these queries, children make new discoveries with each minute and learn about the world.
Fantasy Course. I’m a unique individual!
This course is devised for children aged 2 years 9 months up to 4 years. This is a new development period for the child. It’s the age when many parents are confronted with so called “crisis children”. Actually at this age the child starts to be aware of their freedom. They become more independent and assured in themselves. And here it’s crucial not to break the unique personality of the child, and deprive them of the right to self-expression. Fantasy course is built on this very principle – to support this period of active self-expression, to develop their creative juices and gradually start preparing them for school.
Discovery course – It’s time for school!
After going through the different levels, the time has come to prepare for school. It’s time to acquire as much diversified knowledge as possible, which will ease the process of learning for the child and to expand their horizons. One last step remains. Discovery course is specially devised for pre-school preparation. The course’s main task is to wholly develop the child during the preschool period of childhood: firstly, the emotional and moral; secondly, the intellectual aspects.
